One complete system
One record runs from start to finish. Most offices run one client and one deal across a CRM, a CMA tool, transaction software, an e-sign app, a commission spreadsheet and accounting software. Every handoff means typing the same details again, and every retype is a chance for a mistake.
Today: disconnected platforms
Same client, entered 6 or more times. Each copy can drift from the others.
PulseHubCo: entered once, used everywhere

Click through the eight steps a deal takes in PulseHubCo. Each step starts from the record the last one built, so nobody types it in again.

Referral management
Not every lead is yours to work. When you send a lead to an agent outside your office, PulseHubCo manages that referral from start to finish. It comes with its own agreement, its own Disbursement Authorization and a portal for the receiving agent, so you never have to chase updates or your fee.
Keep your referral partners in one directory, set your own pipeline stages, and track outgoing and incoming referrals side by side.
The Referral Agreement is e-signed by secure link. If a referral falls through, a signed withdrawal agreement records the reason, such as a fee disagreement.
The receiving agent updates status and closing details from their portal. Automatic reminders go out after 3 and 7 days, so you don't have to chase them.
Each referral has its own Disbursement Authorization, built from the fee terms once it's under contract. Send it to title, and voiding it keeps a full audit trail.

Built by operators
PulseHubCo is co-founded by Maria E. Cardoza, principal and managing broker of an independent brokerage. The lead steps are based on what her offices handle every day: fast first contact, fair routing, follow-up that holds up for compliance, and a clean handoff to the transaction.
The first conversation is a working session about your sources, routing and handoffs, not a generic tour.

FAQ
Yes. Your website forms, Facebook and Google leads, and other sources connect to PulseHubCo through form intake, a webhook or a CSV import. Each lead keeps its source and campaign.
Pick round robin, rules by source, or routing profiles for each team or office. Acceptance windows send an unclaimed lead to the next agent so it doesn't sit.
No. Solo agents usually start with the front office (lead and client records). Teams add routing and transaction workspaces. Brokerages can add commission, trust and the ledger later.
No. Most offices start with the part that's causing the most trouble, usually lead intake and routing, and add more once that's working.
The PulseHubCo team reviews your answers and sets up a working session around your sources, routing and handoffs. Pricing is sized to your setup, not a per-seat sticker.
Yes. Send documents for signature from the deal. Signers use a secure link with no login, you can see who has signed, and the signed PDF stays with the transaction.
Once a deal is under contract or pending to close, PulseHubCo builds the Disbursement Authorization from the deal's commission lines, splits and fees. You can download it as a PDF or send it. Voiding one requires a reason and keeps the original for audit.
Yes. Clients get a portal to check progress, chat, upload documents and sign. Lenders, title and other vendors get a partner link to update their milestones. No logins are needed.
Yes. Referral management is built in. Refer a lead to a partner, get the Referral Agreement e-signed, and let the receiving agent update status and closing details through their own portal. A Disbursement Authorization for your referral fee is created once the deal is under contract.
