How we handle what you send us
This page covers information sent through pulsehubco.com, including the platform-access forms on the home page and on Insights articles. Form submissions are stored on our server and delivered to the PulseHubCo platform so our team can follow up.
What we collect
- The answers you give in the form: your name, work email, phone (optional), brokerage or team, market, website, license number (optional), and how your leads work today.
- Basic visit context: the page you sent the form from, the referring site and any campaign tags in the link.
How we use it
We use it only to answer your request, prepare for a conversation about your brokerage, and send occasional product updates, which you agree to when you send the form. You can unsubscribe at any time. We don't sell your information.
Site analytics and platform access
We measure how the site is used with our own first-party analytics: pages viewed, how far articles are read, buttons clicked and form steps reached. Your browser keeps a random visitor ID in local storage for this. We don't use advertising trackers or third-party analytics. After you complete the intake, a cookie keeps the platform preview unlocked in that browser for 90 days.
Text messages
We text you only if you checked the box that allows it. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Mobile numbers and text consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what you sent us, or to stop emails or texts, reply to any message from us and we'll take care of it.
